For some reason the formatting has been lost on my parameter report prompt and I'm looking for the control or css file that can correct this. It has been working perfectly well for years until now. It displays OK on other PC/Laptops so the problem appears to be machine specific. If anyone has encountered this and can share the benefit of their wisdom I would be obliged.
