I have CR 2011 on a server and a downloaded evaluation of CR 2013 on my PC. I have no problems creating a parameter in 2011, but in 2013, when I click on OK, the window just sits there and does nothing. However, behind one of the rows on options is a WARNING bar that moves from place to place as I expand the window or make it smaller. I do not want to work on the remote server, it is too slow. How do I get parameters to work in 2013?:
