Scripting - Save automatically ALV Report using VBA code

Hi Gurus

     I'm trying to save the content of a ALV Report from SAP using VBA code, I've searched and read a lot of blogs about it but I did not find any solution to it; Does any one have any idea of how can I do this?. My objective is improve the time that I'm investing in these extractions on a daily manner.
